CHI Crown Club Loyalty -  Program® Terms and Conditions


MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT

1. To participate in the CHI Crown Club Loyalty program, a customer must become a Member. Membership is absolutely free and no initial purchase is required. Simply fill out a Crown Club Loyalty Enrolment Form accurately, completely and legibly at any participating CHI store.  Upon completion, the Member will receive his/her own Crown Club Loyalty card.

2. Only one CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card is available per customer.

3. The CHI Crown Card is not a credit card. The CHI Crown Card is the property
of Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. and it may be revoked at any time by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. in its sole discretion.

4. Each CHI Crown Club Loyalty member (sometimes referred to as a “Member”) will be issued a CHI Crown Club Loyalty card that has a unique number ascribed to it and is registered in the Member’s name. CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members cannot share their account number and account information with anyone else.

5. CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members must advise Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. immediately of any changes of Personal Information (as hereinafter defined) including name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address by completing a new Crown Club Loyalty Enrollment Form, or by contacting a Customer Service Representative. If Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. believes that some of its records are inaccurate, it may contact the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member to verify its records. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to cancel any CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card for which it has incomplete or inaccurate Personal Information and all Crown Club Loyalty Points redemptions on that account may be blocked. The submission of false or fictitious Personal Information will result in all the Crown Club Loyalty Points accumulated on an account being forfeited.

6. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to refuse issuance of a CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card to any customer who does not follow the prescribed enrollment procedures.

7. Customers participating in the Program must present their personal valid CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card to collect points and earn rewards. Any unauthorized reproduction of the CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card may lead to legal prosecution and forfeiture of all Crown Club Loyalty Points and membership in the Program.


 

COLLECTION OF CROWN CLUB LOYALTY POINTS

8. To collect Crown Club Loyalty Points following enrollment, a CHI Crown Club Loyalty member must make eligible purchases at participating stores using their personal valid CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card. The Member’s personal CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card must be presented to the cashier at a participating store before the purchase transaction is completed. The original CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase, no facsimile or just the account number will be accepted. In addition, no Crown Club Loyalty Points will be awarded once the transaction is completed.

9. Crown Club Loyalty Points will be awarded at the rate of 1 Crown Club Loyalty Point for each dollar spent on each separate purchase at participating stores. Crown Club Loyalty Points will be calculated by reference to the net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax total of each cash register receipt. The total Crown Club Loyalty Points awarded and reflected on the cash register receipt will be rounded down by the next portion of a dollar spent. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may offer special promotions from time to time offering additional Crown Club Loyalty Points on certain products.


10. Where applicable, Crown Club Loyalty Points will be issued for purchases made through delivery service by participating stores, provided that the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member provides the store with his/her personal CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card number when the delivery order is placed. The CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card must be presented to the driver for verification at the time of delivery.

11. Crown Club Loyalty Points will be awarded when a CHI Crown Club Loyalty member pays for a purchase with a gift card. However, the Member will not be awarded CHI Crown Club Loyalty Points if he or she uses a gift card to purchase another gift card or gift cards and, in the event that CHI Crown Club Loyalty Points are inadvertently awarded, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right at any time to revoke these points without notice. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to add or delete items eligible for Crown Club Loyalty Points’ issuance at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.

12. All Crown Club Loyalty Points are shown on the final invoice for each purchase when a CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card is presented before the completion of the purchase transaction. In the event that Crown Club Loyalty Points do not appear on a receipt due to a technical failure, they will be updated on the invoice at a later purchase transaction date. CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members may also inquire about their Crown Club Loyalty Points balance through their Customer Service representative or an email request to info@customhomeinteriors.ca


13. Returns and/or exchanges will be honoured only if the original invoice is presented at the time of the return and/or exchange. On a return and/or exchange the Crown Club Loyalty Points will be deducted automatically from the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member’s card number that was used for the original purchase (whether or not the CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card is presented at the time of return and/or exchange). The CHI Crown Club Loyalty member will be reimbursed for the purchase price shown on the receipt of the item(s) returned. Upon the return and/or exchange of purchases earned through the redemption of Crown Club Loyalty Points, all redeemed Crown Club Loyalty Points will be forfeited and the Member will receive the full value of the returned product in the form of a Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.-branded gift card.

14. All Crown Club Loyalty Points totals, as shown on the cash register receipts, will be deemed correct unless otherwise substantiated by the Member by bringing forward evidence satisfactory to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. in its sole discretion. Discrepancies must be addressed with the Customer Service department within 3 months of the date on which the discrepancy occurred. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to restrict redemption or put a “hold” on Crown Club Loyalty Points for up to 45 days from the date the points are posted to an account.

15. Crown Club Loyalty Points are reduced to zero upon closure of a CHI Crown Club Loyalty Membership.

16. Upon the death of a CHI Crown Club Loyalty member, the Member’s account will be closed and any Crown Club Loyalty Points in the account will be forfeited. Crown Club Loyalty Points are not divisible in the case of divorce.

17. Should any CHI Crown Club Loyalty member not acquire Crown Club Loyalty Points for 24 consecutive calendar months, the membership will be deemed to be inactive and all accumulated Crown Club Loyalty Points will be forfeited. At that time the CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card Points balance may be reduced to zero at Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s sole discretion.

Redemption of Points


18. In accordance with Federal and Provincial tax legislation, GST, PST, HST and any other applicable taxes are calculated and payable by the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member on the full amount of the purchase price before any reduction for redeemed rewards.

19. A Member’s Crown Club Loyalty Points balance will be reduced by the number of points required to obtain the desired point redemption level. Unredeemed Crown Club Loyalty Points plus any Crown Club Loyalty Points earned in the current transaction, will remain in the Member’s Crown Club Loyalty Points account and can be applied to a subsequent transaction.


20. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to add or delete products and services eligible for Crown Club Loyalty Points redemption at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.

21. Crown Club Loyalty Points may be redeemed for purchases made through delivery service by participating stores provided that the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member informs the store at the time when the delivery order is placed that he/she wishes to redeem a specified number of Crown Club Loyalty Points and he/she provides the store with his/her CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card number. The CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card must be presented to the driver for validation at the time of delivery.

22. Crown Club Loyalty Points may not be collected or redeemed by any person other than the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member. CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members may be required to provide proof of identity when redeeming Crown Club Loyalty Points to protect the integrity of the Member’s Points balance. Each CHI Crown Club Loyalty member is responsible to ensure that all Personal Information is correct and up-to-date and Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to block redemptions where the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member information is inaccurate or incomplete.

23. In case of a lost CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card, upon presentation of proper identification, a new
Member’s number will be provided to the Member by the Customer Service Department or at any participating Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. store. The accumulated unredeemed Crown Club Loyalty Points balance shall remain intact. If a lost CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card is found and used by any other person, all Crown Club Loyalty Points relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member’s account. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for Crown Club Loyalty Points redeemed by any person(s) prior to the notification to the Customer Service Centre that the CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card is lost. Any Crown Club Loyalty Points redeemed prior to notification shall be at the Member’s risk.

24. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may flow from any participation in the Crown Club Loyalty Program by any non-Canadian resident, and where permitted by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., by any corporation, business, charity, partnership or enterprise.

25. From time to time, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may advertise or offer exclusive offers to select CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members with respect to which they may redeem Crown Club Loyalty Points for items other than a discount reward, or receive other benefits or discounts.

26. Crown Club Loyalty Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Except as permitted from time to time by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., Crown Club Loyalty Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased or given by gift. Crown Club Loyalty Points cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of. Crown Club Loyalty Points are void if sold for cash or any other consideration.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION

27. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. shall maintain the privacy, security and integrity of all personal information collected from CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members, such as, but not restricted to: name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, account number and purchasing information (“Personal Information”). This information will be used to credit the correct membership number account, to communicate with the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member, to better understand the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member’s shopping and information needs and to offer the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member relevant information, products, services and rewards to meet those needs. By providing the foregoing information to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., you consent to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. using the information for the uses specified herein.

28. On occasion Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may collect additional personal information from CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members on a voluntary basis through questionnaires or other methods. The CHI Crown Club Loyalty Membership status of any Member who does not wish to participate will not be affected.

29. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will not give, rent or sell its CHI Crown Club Loyalty member lists to any organization or individual. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will allow limited and secured access to customer information by authorized entities under its strict supervision and/or which are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information solely for the purposes of assisting Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. in processing customer information.

30. CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members have the right to know what information is held in their CHI Crown Club Loyalty member file and the right to question and request correction of any erroneous information. There will be no charge for a Member to gain access to his/her file. To access a Member’s file, a written request should be sent to: Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., 2201 Thurston Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 6E1. All written requests will be responded to within a reasonable time frame. If for any reason access to an account is not granted, the Member will be provided with a written reason. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will make all necessary and reasonable corrections to its CHI Crown Club Loyalty member files with all due diligence.

31. CHI Crown Club Loyalty member information is stored in Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s confidential databases located in Ottawa, Ontario. Access to this information will be restricted only to authorized personnel of Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc..

32. On occasion Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may communicate special offers, information and services to CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members. Any Member who does not wish to receive these offers may advise the Customer Service Department.

33. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. hereby agrees to respect and observe the provisions set forth in The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (the “Act”) and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. To the extent there is additional protection afforded to the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member pursuant to the Act or any other applicable legislation, and same is not set forth herein, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. agrees to take such measures to give full effect to such additional protection. For more information on how Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. respects the privacy of your personal information.

GENERAL INFORMATION

34. The Crown Club Loyalty Program will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2016 (the “Termination Date”).

35. CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members will have until March 31, 2017 to redeem their points using Crown Club Loyalty Points accumulated up to the Termination Date. Crown Club Loyalty Points will expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2017 and will not be honoured after such expiration date.

36. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to extend the Program beyond the Termination Date, or terminate the Program at any time prior to the Termination Date, by providing 30 days notice in Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. store flyers and notices posted in participating stores. If events beyond Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s control materially affect Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s ability to operate the Crown Club Loyalty Program, the Program may be suspended or terminated without notice.

37. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may restrict, suspend or otherwise alter any aspect of the Crown Club Loyalty Program, without notice. Any material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online and a copy of the Terms and Conditions will be made available at each participating store, upon request.

38. The CHI Crown Club Loyalty member’s signature on the CHI Crown Club Loyalty Customer Enrollment Form and/or first time usage of a CHI Crown Club Loyalty Card constitutes agreement by the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member to all the Terms and Conditions of the Crown Club Loyalty Program.

39. Any abuse by a Member of the Crown Club Loyalty Program’s privileges, any failure by a Member to follow the Program’s rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation by a Member may, at Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s sole discretion, subject the Member to expulsion from the Program, including forfeiture of all accumulated Crown Club Loyalty Points.

40. Upon suspension or termination of the Program for any reason whatsoever, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will have no liability therefore to any Member and is automatically released from all claims by CHI Crown Club Loyalty Members in respect of such suspension, termination, forfeiture of Crown Club Loyalty Points, redemption of Points or otherwise in respect of such suspension or termination.

41. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information herein is correct. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

42. Any waiver by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. of the strict observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. as a result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms and Conditions. No delay or omission by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy.

43. By redeeming Crown Club Loyalty Points for rewards, the CHI Crown Club Loyalty member releases Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. from any and all liability and claims regarding the redemption and use of the reward and any loss or damage caused by goods and services supplied as a reward.

44. Any reference herein to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. refers to Obvious Advantage Inc., its affiliates, and the licensed operators of the participating stores, as the context requires.

Gold Crown Loyalty Points may be redeemed for purchases made through delivery service by participating stores provided that the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member informs the store at the time when the delivery order is placed that he/she wishes to redeem a specified number of Gold Crown Loyalty Points and he/she provides the store with his/her CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Card number. The CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Card must be presented to the driver for validation at the time of delivery.

22. Gold Crown Loyalty Points may not be collected or redeemed by any person other than the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member. CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members may be required to provide proof of identity when redeeming Gold Crown Loyalty Points to protect the integrity of the Member’s Points balance. Each CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member is responsible to ensure that all Personal Information is correct and up-to-date and Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to block redemptions where the CHI Gold Crown Loyaltymember information is inaccurate or incomplete.

23. In case of a lost CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Card, upon presentation of proper identification, a new
Member’s number will be provided to the Member by the Customer Service Department or at any participating Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. store. The accumulated unredeemed Gold Crown Loyalty Points balance shall remain intact. If a lost CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Card is found and used by any other person, all Gold Crown Loyalty Points relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member’s account. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for Gold Crown Loyalty Points redeemed by any person(s) prior to the notification to the Customer Service Centre that the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Card is lost. Any Gold Crown Loyalty Points redeemed prior to notification shall be at the Member’s risk.

24. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may flow from any participation in the Gold Crown Loyalty Program by any non-Canadian resident, and where permitted by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., by any corporation, business, charity, partnership or enterprise.

25. From time to time, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may advertise or offer exclusive offers to select CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members with respect to which they may redeem Gold Crown Loyalty Points for items other than a discount reward, or receive other benefits or discounts.

26. Gold Crown Loyalty Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Except as permitted from time to time by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., Gold Crown Loyalty Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased or given by gift. Gold Crown Loyalty Points cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of. Gold Crown Loyalty Points are void if sold for cash or any other consideration.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION

27. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. shall maintain the privacy, security and integrity of all personal information collected from CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members, such as, but not restricted to: name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, account number and purchasing information (“Personal Information”). This information will be used to credit the correct membership number account, to communicate with the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member, to better understand the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member’s shopping and information needs and to offer the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member relevant information, products, services and rewards to meet those needs. By providing the foregoing information to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., you consent to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. using the information for the uses specified herein.

28. On occasion Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may collect additional personal information from CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members on a voluntary basis through questionnaires or other methods. The CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Membership status of any Member who does not wish to participate will not be affected.

29. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will not give, rent or sell its CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member lists to any organization or individual. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will allow limited and secured access to customer information by authorized entities under its strict supervision and/or which are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information solely for the purposes of assisting Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. in processing customer information.

30. CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members have the right to know what information is held in their CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member file and the right to question and request correction of any erroneous information. There will be no charge for a Member to gain access to his/her file. To access a Member’s file, a written request should be sent to: Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc., 2201 Thurston Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 6E1. All written requests will be responded to within a reasonable time frame. If for any reason access to an account is not granted, the Member will be provided with a written reason. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will make all necessary and reasonable corrections to its CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member files with all due diligence.

31. CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member information is stored in Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s confidential databases located in Ottawa, Ontario. Access to this information will be restricted only to authorized personnel of Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc..

32. On occasion Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may communicate special offers, information and services to CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members. Any Member who does not wish to receive these offers may advise the Customer Service Department.

33. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. hereby agrees to respect and observe the provisions set forth in The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (the “Act”) and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. To the extent there is additional protection afforded to the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member pursuant to the Act or any other applicable legislation, and same is not set forth herein, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. agrees to take such measures to give full effect to such additional protection. GENERAL INFORMATION

34. The Gold Crown Loyalty Program will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2016 (the “Termination Date”).

35. CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members will have until March 31, 2017 to redeem their points using Gold Crown Loyalty Points accumulated up to the Termination Date. Gold Crown Loyalty Points will expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2017 and will not be honoured after such expiration date.

36. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. reserves the right to extend the Program beyond the Termination Date, or terminate the Program at any time prior to the Termination Date, by providing 30 days notice in Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. store flyers and notices posted in participating stores. If events beyond Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s control materially affect Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s ability to operate the Gold Crown Loyalty Program, the Program may be suspended or terminated without notice.

37. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. may restrict, suspend or otherwise alter any aspect of the Gold Crown Loyalty Program, without notice. Any material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online and a copy of the Terms and Conditions will be made available at each participating store, upon request.

38. The CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member’s signature on the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Customer Enrollment Form and/or first time usage of a CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Card constitutes agreement by the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member to all the Terms and Conditions of the Gold Crown Loyalty Program.

39. Any abuse by a Member of the Gold Crown Loyalty Program’s privileges, any failure by a Member to follow the Program’s rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation by a Member may, at Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc.’s sole discretion, subject the Member to expulsion from the Program, including forfeiture of all accumulated Gold Crown Loyalty Points.

40. Upon suspension or termination of the Program for any reason whatsoever, Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. will have no liability therefore to any Member and is automatically released from all claims by CHI Gold Crown Loyalty Members in respect of such suspension, termination, forfeiture of Gold Crown Loyalty Points, redemption of Points or otherwise in respect of such suspension or termination.

41. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information herein is correct. Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

42. Any waiver by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. of the strict observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. as a result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms and Conditions. No delay or omission by Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy.

43. By redeeming Gold Crown Loyalty Points for rewards, the CHI Gold Crown Loyalty member releases Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. from any and all liability and claims regarding the redemption and use of the reward and any loss or damage caused by goods and services supplied as a reward.

44. Any reference herein to Custom Home Interiors & Obvious Advantage Inc. refers to Obvious Advantage Inc., its affiliates, and the licensed operators of the participating stores, as the context requires.
